One of the worst experiences I’ve had with animal clinics. After the surgery, we agreed that the cat should stay with them for care and attention since I wouldn’t be able to look after her myself. I paid the fee, and after the first day, the vet called to say the cat wasn’t feeling well and needed to be taken home, even though I hadn’t had the cat for very long and was only doing it out of compassion. Then she made me come and take her home and pay extra for the care and treatment, which were already covered. Of course, I didn’t get the difference and paid even more because I had to get the medication myself. The truth is, it was a blatant lack of professionalism and manipulation. There was no follow-up, and even when I contacted them to ask about the dosage, they didn’t reply. It was utter chaos. May God hold them accountable.

I truly thank you all from the bottom of my heart: Dr. Manar, Dr. Hasnaa, Dr. Mai, and Dr. Maryam. You all deserve all the best for following up on Simba’s case. He was in a very difficult situation, but thanks to God and your support, he’s much better now. May God bless you, and please pray for his full recovery. Thank you all so much! ❤️❤️
