I came here with my family about 5 years ago and it was excellent, but now there’s no cleanliness, no service, and the rooms aren’t even properly furnished. The rooms are covered in dust, like they’ve been abandoned. The pictures speak for themselves. I got a suite that’s supposed to have two bedrooms and a living room, but there’s only one air conditioner and the refrigerator is broken. When I asked for a replacement, they told me there was no service available.

The best hotel you could choose in terms of price and service. It’s very safe, and the staff are helpful and cheerful, may God bless them. A small suggestion from a fan: please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bed linens in the room and change them regularly. Otherwise, everything is perfect; I didn’t encounter any problems and I highly recommend it.
