The place is nice overall, but the staff were neither professional nor well-trained. Unfortunately, they also treated Egyptians differently, which was honestly strange considering they are Egyptians themselves and we are all in Egypt!!!!!
The study area is good for working or studying, but there was no internet connection, which was a big downside!
Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
