Very cozy and neat compound in a convenient spot near point90 mall.
There are parking lots and underground parking spaces
There are very small playing gardens for kids
There’s no swimming pool or other entertainment facilities as other big compounds. It’s suitable for singles or small families who are looking for a cozy place in new Cairo

I stayed at the village for a period of 2 month during the summer 2018. My experience at the village was disappointing and upsetting due to horrible service and unprofessionalism in handling my request.

Another clean well maintained residential area.. in the middle of nowhere. For someone living in the city, this is not an easy place to reach.
