Very bad experience. I booked an appointment with Dr. Mona Moussa a month in advance, as I’m only visiting Egypt for 3 days. When I contacted them via WhatsApp to confirm the exact appointment time, I was told the doctor would be attending a conference. They didn’t even apologize, and when I asked why I hadn’t been informed earlier so I could book with another doctor, they ignored my message. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing

The place is very organized and clean. I’ve been seeing Dr. Khulood there for over a year, and my skin has improved a lot. I can ask them questions anytime; they provide good follow-up and excellent consultations.
