Maintenance of this place is zero and frankly scary to live in. There’s so
Much building damage, I’m surprised a big developer like Palm Hills would allow their quality to be so low, not just of their work but of their maintenance team.
Almost all the buildings have cracking and facade damage without proper remediation.
Another big problem is the ac units have a housing area, but in the case of incorrect drainage, the condensate of all the acs drips onto the building itself. In one case (photo attached) you can see the damage it’s caused to the concrete slab. A very important note is that right next to it is a column, over time, if this isn’t addressed it could even be a structural hazard due to the moisture corroding the rebar.
This is substandard and I’m shocked Palm Hills is considered a quality developer considering this is the quality of their work and their standard of their maintenance.

Elite compound with beautiful landscape and good security. People are nice and the gardens are spacious. There are also 3 pools and play areas for residents. This is in addition to the prime location which is the best among the new residential communities in October. It is one of the best places to live or invest your money.

Entrance not illuminated and not safe as it is narrow and not constructed
