I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant.

After I had already been seated, I was asked to leave my table and choose another one because I was told that the area was reserved for families. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there was a woman sitting alone in the same area who was not approached or asked to move.

This gave the impression that the rules were not being applied consistently to all customers. If there is a policy regarding seating arrangements, it should be communicated clearly and enforced equally for everyone.

The way this situation was handled felt disrespectful, unprofessional, and far below the level of hospitality I would expect from a restaurant. Customers should be treated with fairness, respect, and consistency, regardless of whether they are alone or accompanied by others.

Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I would not recommend this place based on the customer service I received.

Panorama Restaurant & Cafe is one of those places where the setting alone makes the visit worth it 🌊☕ The sea view gives the whole experience a refreshing and memorable character, especially if you enjoy places with open scenery and a calm coastal atmosphere. What I liked most is that it feels like more than just a café visit; it feels like a small break from the city with a view that makes you want to stay longer. The combination of the location, the ambiance, and the overall experience gives the place its own charm. A very enjoyable spot in Alexandria, and definitely deserving of 5 stars.
