I got food poisoning.
– I ordered Daoud Pasha pasta from their website yesterday, September 11, 2026. I contacted them on WhatsApp, and they said they would arrange the order.
The order arrived, and I ate it. Less than 10 minutes after eating, I felt very ill, and my duck was in a terrible state. I was taken to the hospital. I was diagnosed with food poisoning, and I had my stomach pumped. The next day, I messaged them on WhatsApp to explain what happened. They saw the message but didn’t reply, acting like nothing happened. – May God hold them accountable.

Excellent service, the food was truly amazing and beyond description, the respect and follow-up were exceptional, and the delivery was also outstanding and fast. The delivery driver was a very respectful man, and Mr. Ahmed Fawzy deserves special thanks for following up on my order from the moment it left the restaurant until it arrived at my door. He was truly the epitome of courtesy and respect.
