Worst place to live. Electricity problems, water problems, and the management don’t care. The fire alarm is currently going off at 4 am and no one is doing anything to stop it. Power goes out 3 times a day. The management are the worst piece of trash you will ever meet. Our air conditioning wasn’t working for 3 months before they came to fix it. They wouldn’t let us hire any other company because they wanted the money. Literally living in the street is better than living here. The security are lazy and don’t care about anything. The apartments are in such bad quality and the engineers and workers don’t do good work at all. This is the worst place to live in Egypt ignore all the positive reviews from people that rated it before seeing the horrors this place had in store.
