Terrible service. They’re incredibly slow to respond when I try to book an appointment, and the earliest available appointment is at least a month away!

On top of that, they say their equipment breaks down frequently, and they cancel appointments I booked over a month ago, only to refuse to book another one. Honestly, it’s one of the worst laser clinics, and they have absolutely no interest in anything.

If there were a rating lower than one star, I’d give it to this place. It’s absolutely terrible. There are no professional doctors, and they deliberately lower the temperature drastically so we keep coming back. I book an appointment, and they seem to forget to record it. I arrive at the appointed time only to find someone else has taken my place, and I have to wait.

Plus, there’s no system, no management, and they don’t answer the phone at all. They only answer calls from new clients, of course, to book appointments.

I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. I’ll finish my booked sessions and never go back.

I booked an appointment a month and a half ago, and the doctor was changed several times without notice. They also didn’t respond to my WhatsApp messages or phone calls. On the day of my appointment, I was surprised to find that the anesthetic wasn’t available at the clinic, and I had to wait a long time for it to be brought in from outside, despite my punctuality. Unfortunately, it was an unprofessional experience, and I don’t recommend it.
