It is my second time there and I really appreciate the nice and gentle attitude of the staff at the reception and the groomer he was soo gentle with my dog he understood her very well and dealt accordingly and the prices are affordable, the place is clean. The only problem I had this time is that I had to wait for an hour to get my dog groomed although I arrived on time and my dog got a bit anxious.

It was outstanding especially the coordinator Miss. Donya as she did an excellent job balancing kindness and strictness to deliver the service professionally and on time.

The first time I went there, there was a relatively good groom handling my cat. However, the second time I took my cat, the groom was holding her up from her tail which is absolutely unacceptable. They also sprayed the post-groom perfume on her, but sprayed it recklessly, causing for some of the spray to enter my cats eye. She was irritated for a day and a half before it came out with her tears
