On thursday 16th of october I took my 4-month-old puppy, who showed clear sign’s of parvo (vomiting, loss of appetite and less active) , to this clinic. However, the two doctors who examined him insisted it wasn’t parvo and sent us home, telling us to come back on saturday if his condition got worse. They didn’t even bother to run a simple parvo test! I can’t imagine what could have happened to my puppy if I had followed their advice and waited another day before seeking help at another clinic. In the end, I paid 585 EGP for a completely wrong diagnosis.
A truly horrible experience — not recommended at all.
