Horrible customer service experience . The New Cairo branch customer service representatives do not offer help and there is no follow up whatsoever, let alone the attitude .
Ive been trying to reach a middle ground but their attitude is very weird .
+ I received an email that my order has been delivered when it never arrived . They promise timescales which are untrue .
They also asked me to pay online although they have a cash option as if I was gonna scam them
