We had a very bad experience at this pet clinic today.
The doctor’s attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. During the examination, the handling was rough and careless, which made us very uncomfortable.
What was even worse, the doctor mocked us with other customers because we do not speak Arabic or English fluently. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory.
We will not come back and do not recommend this place to others.

I have a Rottweiler puppy and around 3 weeks ago my pyppy got so sick that i thought i will loose her.
So i decided to visit this clinic and i got all the help i needed.
I must thank specially Dr.Shady who was quick to find out what was wrong with her. Poor dog didn’t eat or if she did everything came out as diarrhea or vomit, puppy lost quite a bit weight during the week or so.
But now weeks later she is back to happy puppy. Thanks for all the observations and heartfelt dedication from the doctor and the team put effort in 🌞✌️
