All was more than perfect they took care of my pet poodle like if he was their own , big thanks for all the team who supervised my pet while he was their , I wasn’t worried at all leaving my pet with them everything was monitored and taken care of perfectly well big thanks to Miss Salma , Dr Mai , Mr Ahmed Mr Awad and the rest of the team the place was very clean and deserved every penny we paid , overall 10/10 .

I had such a lovely experience with this cattery. Esraa was honestly amazing — she sent regular pictures and videos and truly cared for my cat like she was her own. That reassurance meant everything while I was away. The doctor and the rest of the staff were also so welcoming and kind.
The place is very clean, spacious, and has a great play area. I felt completely at ease the whole time.
The cats are kept separately rather than interacting with each other, which I understand can be better for safety and comfort.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the care provided and would 100% leave my cat here again with nothing to worry about. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby 🤍

My husband and I traveled over an hour extra just to bring our cat to pet and pet hotel because we love their service very much. They have a magnificent space with each room accommodating either one, two, or three cats. We wanted our cat to have more room so we opted for him to have the two cat room by himself. We received photos and videos of him playing in the big main space every day, including a birthday celebration for his birthday!! In addition, before picking him up, they trimmed his nails and shaved him for us. Overall, an excellent value for the money spent and very kind and personable people caring for the cats. Thank you very much pet and pet!

I would recommend if it’s your last option, the cats do not socialize together so I think it’s better for the cat’s health but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re leaving your cat for more than 3-5 days. They let the cat out for an hour a day on some days so your cat will mostly be in a cage for the whole day. The workers are very nice and they’re nice to the cats and they’ll take photos and videos of ur cat for you whenever you ask. There are 3 types of rooms for different prices 200-400 EGP, the one in the video is 200.

Horrible service for the amount you pay! All they do is clean the litterbox, feed them with the food you give them, not even their own food. No clinical or human care of the pets whatsoever, the cats came back with an eye infection. The water was unclean. The sand in the litterbox was overused, when asked how come this is the case the answer was “the new sand didn’t arrive yet”. As if there shouldn’t be stocks of fresh sand available. A disaster in all possible ways. Half the amount you pay could’ve been paid for a 24/7 nanny at your own home with your pets. I am shocked how they have a single good rating.
