I demand to increase professionalism from the doctor (❗️) to the groomer. If u don’t know the most plain staff which one even know GPT chat, that u ⛔️CAN NOT⛔️ hold adult cats and dogs from the neck it’s can give them injuries and stress ! Kindly advicing you to increase your knowledge from senior veterinarian doctors at least. And stop hurting animals ‼️
