I ordered food and it never arrived after 3–4 hours. Then the manager called me in a very rude way accusing me of not answering, even though no one even called me once. And when I told him I still wanted my order, he said he wouldn’t send me anything. The cat food was for a rescue cat that was hungry. Really terrible experience.

Don’t ever trust them!
They sent me the wrong product instead of the one I ordered. It’s been 4 days now, and they keep saying they will send the correct item, but nothing has been delivered yet. Their customer service is very unprofessional and the way they
dealing with customers is disappointing.
