I spayed my cat at the clinic in the Family Mall branch and followed up with Dr. Somaya after the procedure. He was doing well, but then he suddenly stopped eating and drinking. I told the doctor, and she said it was depression and aversion to food. He was like that for two days, then I noticed he was vomiting nonstop all night. I told her, and she came early and immediately gave him IV fluids, vitamin B, and something to stimulate his liver, without even doing an ultrasound. I don’t know what she based her diagnosis on. I asked her several times to do an ultrasound, but she said to wait until he rested a bit. She also gave him an enema without an ultrasound. He started having trouble breathing, so she did an ultrasound four hours later. 🙈💔
She discovered he had kidney stones and was having water retention, and the IV fluids were putting extra pressure on him. She told me he needed tests, but I didn’t have the results right away, even though I told her from the moment I took him to her that if he needed to go somewhere… Second, or if there is a device that you do not have, tell me to take it somewhere else. She told me that they will not do anything more, and she does not have an analysis device, and he needed oxygen sessions, which she did not have, and it was one of the reasons for his death due to medical negligence. This cat could have died from the first place. If he was diagnosed correctly, she had him get an ultrasound before he took any medication, so that he would have the necessary capabilities in the clinic, and of course I tried to see him in another clinic. She had the potential, but it was too late. There should be no obstinacy in the life of an innocent soul and insisting that no one else can do anything to him. It turns out that there were other things that he could attend to, but I wanted to write so that this would not happen to another cat, and this is the least I could do to protect the place and the pain that I felt over parting with someone else. Finally, you buy food and sand from him and cut them. Nails, but a treatment I would never recommend… Peace be upon you, my friend 💔💔
Not only are you negligent, but you’re also liars! 😳
What do you mean I was late in bringing him to you two days ago? You make up a lie and then believe it! I was following up with the doctor moment by moment on her personal mobile, and there are calls between us that don’t even exist on the clinic’s phone. I’m not making this up about anyone. I brought him daily for 10 days, feeding and giving him water with a syringe. I never said that the sterilization process was the reason for the delay, so don’t throw around these pointless accusations. The ultrasound you’re talking about was done after I went to her at 1:30, and then it was done 3 or 4 hours later. We’re the ones who weren’t following up and neglecting him? You’re just covering up your scandal with any excuse and unprofessional response. Or maybe we weren’t the ones neglecting him? If you were a professional clinic, we wouldn’t have had to transfer him between life and death. You have another professional clinic with better facilities and experience. Since I went there at 1:30, I asked the doctor if he needed a hospital or clinic with better facilities or equipment that you don’t have. She told me no, he doesn’t need it, even though he did. So we’re the ones who failed him. He’s been refusing to eat or drink for two days now. She tells me he’s depressed and has an aversion to food. As soon as I went, I asked her why she didn’t tell me to bring him to her beforehand and do the tests. She told us herself that there was a slight inflammation in the tests that could cause this! If he had an inflammation before the operation, why didn’t you do an ultrasound or even tell me he had an inflammation? Why did you do liver and kidney function tests?! Enough with the empty talk and slander! We’re so invested in Bondoq, and we’ll never neglect him in any way.
And a piece of advice: please do an ultrasound before giving him any medication, and have the necessary testing equipment and oxygen in the clinic. Take real responsibility for these innocent lives, or don’t practice this profession at all.
And just as I testified that she came to me specifically early, you should testify truthfully and not falsely accuse me of not bringing him, especially since we’re fasting.
