I had a very disappointing experience. They kept me waiting for two hours, and in the end they cut my dog’s hair much shorter than I requested, apparently to charge me more. I clearly asked for grooming only, but my dog’s haircut turned out much shorter than expected and honestly looks terrible
When I complained, instead of taking responsibility, they simply said Sorry ya fandem, you forgot what you said.

I’ve brought my cat there for a normal grooming and shower package and he was infected with skin disease that requires two weeks treatment of antibiotics injections plus cream. I’m never trusting them with my pet again.
