The entire review focuses on the reception, and it’s not my first time there. Honestly, the reception style is awful, extremely bad. The employee, Aloush, is short and elderly; he’s completely unhelpful and arrogant, I don’t know why.

Honestly, you guys are too much. The staff at the door are disrespectful. The tall, dark-skinned one and the short, fair-skinned one were incredibly rude. I told them 4 was too much, and since there were many of us girls, they said 2000. They told me to go to a cabaret instead. It’s shameless. Even though I’m a regular customer, this time on New Year’s Eve they were the epitome of rudeness. Honestly, I hope they teach their employees respect before they start working because it’s clear they have no manners or respect. Each one of them is trying to overcharge people. People don’t deserve to be in this place. They’re trash employees.

The worst reception I’ve ever experienced. They truly have no respect whatsoever. W is the best place; the most important thing is respect and appreciation, not someone at reception speaking in such a rude manner. I honestly wouldn’t recommend Velo at all.
