Pianola Music School

Professional instructors ever 😊👌

Mr. Fady is excellent, but the management is terrible. Unfortunately, there’s no management at all, and it’s completely unprofessional. We were with them for a year and a half, and during that time, there were three annual increases, each time by 200 EGP more than the monthly price. When I asked to contact management, they said, “Yes, ma’am, but what’s the reason?” The reason is that it’s not normal for us to subscribe in July 2024 for 1000 EGP (250 EGP per session), then in December 2024 there’s a 200 EGP increase to 1200 EGP (300 EGP per session), and then in June 2025 there’s another increase to 1400 EGP per month (350 EGP per session). Ms. Ihsan, who was in charge at the time, said that there would be annual increases after that. I asked her clearly, in front of some of the teachers present, if that meant there wouldn’t be another increase before June 2026. She said yes, of course, but that didn’t happen. Then there was a third increase in January 2026, bringing the price to 1600 EGP per month (400 EGP per session). I asked to contact management, but no one did. Communication remains unprofessional to this day; there is no clear system, and I do not recommend dealing with them if you value clarity and order.
