I ordered a combo that included pizza and dessert, and I paid extra specifically for the dessert.
When I came to pick up my order, I was told: “Sorry, the dessert is sold out, just enjoy the pizza instead.”
That’s not acceptable.
At the very least, I should have been informed before placing the order, or offered a refund for the dessert I paid for. Instead, I was told there was no solution and that I should just “accept it.”
Very poor customer service and unprofessional handling of the situation. I won’t be ordering again tbh.

I ordered pasta from the mall of the arabia branch I ordered white and red sauce fettuccini pasta after 25 minutes waiting for pasta that should have had meat in it. There was none not a single piece. red sauce pasta was cold and just pasta tomato onions and yes both orders were penna pasta not fettuccini as was described in the menu. When I confronted the cashier he just said that I didn’t mention it and he accused me of lying saying he would have added a note if I said it and he can get some one from the back to confirm that I said nothing
TL;DR food is bad here go to any local koshary shop and order pasta they do it way better
