We have been organising a birthday party in our villa, as a private event. The planner was helpful until getting the deposit and then she disappeared whenever we try to reach to her. We agreed with her to avoid having workers around during the party, however during the party they were everywhere, inside the village, sleeping and smoking on the bouncy castle. The workers look very unprofessional, equipment was very dirty and we had to complain to clean the bouncy castle. We were trying to reach her during the party, and she was not responding till we said we are not going to pay the remaining money. Then she was calling and very apologetic. Very disappointed and would avoid by all means. I wished if I could give zero ratings, very overpriced for a corner street service.
