We are very happy that we chose to stay at this place. There was always someone available to help us with anything we needed. Bought us toothbrushes because we had forgotten ours, helped us exchange money into the local currency, and adjusted the breakfast to suit our preferences. On our last day, we were allowed to check out much later so it would be more convenient for us.
The room is clean and has a wonderful view. Although it’s very noisy outside, you can’t hear anything with the windows closed.
We are truly satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it to others❤️❤️❤️

The place is very beautiful, the service is excellent, and the view of the pyramids from the room is beautiful. There is a Jacuzzi inside the room. The place is located on a main street, so it may be relatively noisy for some people, but in general, the place is wonderful for enjoyment, and all services are available around it.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was welcoming. What really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service.

The room was good and have a good Pyramid view. The staff was very kind and very helpfull. Lameya, Toota, Meera and Om Omar are nice Guys . The Breakfast was also good, they served the Breakfast alao according the Guest wishes. The Wi-Fi in the Hotel room was not good we have to use all the time our Mobiledata and Hotspot for the TV. Overall i have to say that the vacations time in this hotel was very good.

Everything was magnificent, the guys Adam and Medo in particular took care of us, giving us a free room upgrade, giving us a suite, pampering us at breakfast and also pampering us in the afternoon after a day in the sun. What can I say, well done!!!
