The worst pet shop i have ever seen i left my dog for boarding and back to get her but we discovered she got hurt in her face and scared from every one and when i cane to touch her she was trying go away .

I took my cat to this clinic and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The facility had a strong, unpleasant odor and did not appear to be clean or well-maintained. The individual who treated my cat was extremely rude and unprofessional—it’s hard to believe they were actually a licensed veterinarian.
During a grooming procedure, my cat was injured while they were shaving her, which required stitches. Shockingly, I was not informed about this until after the procedure had already been done. The lack of communication and care was completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was an unprofessional and distressing experience for both me and my pet.

Awful grooming . Both of my cats have uneven hair and one of them got injured and had stitches because they decided to use scissors instead of a regular grooming kit. Totally not recommended.

The place is perfect with a good service and you fan find everything you need there.
The vet is actually good, knows how to deal with pets and seems to be good at what he is doing.
I needed a dry food which I couldn’t find at so many pet shops in egypt but I managed to find it at this shop and even with the normal price with no overhead (which people tend to add in those cases)
Would totally recommend dealing with the shop to have a good service.

Worst experience ever with a very materialistic and commercialized Vet , dishonesty and unprofessional staff attitude, misleading and wrong information about the pet dogs they sell, they don’t accept to return purchased pets next day, they most welcome to take back pet without returning the money without hesitation , they don’t give receipt nor bills , all stuff work together as one team to set a trap for customers. Please Do not purchase pets from them , do not purchase fish or fish tanks, do not ask for information they will alter the answer to buy you extra stuff or for their own benefit, they make use of the situations and they change the prices according to your attachment to the desired pet.
