My appointment was for 17:00 and by 17:50 nothing happened. Not communicating about why I am waiting 50min. Just leaving me there waiting. Very unprofessional.

The clinics are very clean, the staff are excellent, and appointments are on time, but the consultation fees are exorbitant.
