Prime Residence New Cairo

Rooms look just like the pictures. Very clean & very secure. Someone’s always at the desk to help. Latest check in time was 1130 but my flight landed late they still let me check in at 130 am. Only trouble will be calling them I told them the number on google doesn’t work they said they will updated. Great place to stay get into the city fast and restaurants are in walking distance as well.

Rude staff with very bad and unprofessional customer service. The room was super dirty and dusty, left from the place with a very bad health issue. They are very dirty and disgusting in both ways the staff attitude and the room.

Located away from the chaotic traffic of central Cairo, Prime Hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere with clean, neat rooms. It’s easy to catch Uber, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly
