This place deserves eww not a star.

The customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. I was told that my card didn’t work, which forced me to spend an entire hour at the bank—only to discover that my card was perfectly fine. I was even able to withdraw money from another ATM within seconds, proving the issue was clearly with their machines, not mine.
When I returned to explain the situation, the receptionist behaved very rudely. he threw my papers back at me and refused to deal with me, with no apology whatsoever.
On top of that, I waited for a total of 4 hours. When I later tried to follow up about my appointment, customer service actually hung up on me while I was still speaking.
This level of disrespect and poor service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The call center is extremely rude. I just have to go there because my Dr referred to them.
Very very rude staff

A very bad experience.
They are not well organized and it is clear they have issues in scheduling patients. They also lied and kept us waiting for more than 2 hours when we were with a really sick patient which means they also lack sympathy for patients. The place wasn’t crowded at all and their excuse was not really acceptable It is obvious the place is a mess and it is in a bad need for an experienced manager.
This will be our first and last visit to this place.
