We booked this tour through Nice Tours expecting a 5-star Nile cruise, but the experience was extremely disappointing.

The rooms were dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. The showers were in very poor condition and clearly not properly cleaned. Hygiene overall was far below what you would expect from a cruise claiming to be “5-star.”

The food quality was poor and lacked variety. Service was almost non-existent, and the staff showed a negative attitude rather than being helpful or welcoming.

There was no WiFi available, and when we asked about it, we were told we had to pay extra just to use a hotspot—and only in the lounge area, which is very inconvenient.

Management seems disorganized and unprofessional, and the overall experience felt badly handled from start to finish.

Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend this cruise to others.

Around 40 out if 120 guests got sick eith vomiting snd diarrea.
They refused to bring in doctors until somebody called the police, then a doctor showed up.
We missed a lot on the rest of our trip due to this sickness as my two year old and six year old kids were very badly affected.

We were on a Nile cruise on this boat from the 24th November to the 1st December.
First the good news, the staff were in the main attentive and helpful, albeit lacking training in the cocktail bar – pouring a gin and tonic is not difficult. The food was very good with good variety and quantity.
Cruising down the Nile from the sundeck was a delight and the tours were excellent.
Unfortunately much of this was put in the shade by the appalling state of the boat itself.
Once we got the cabin we had paid for on the third try it turned out the bed sheets were filthy and had to be replaced. Attempts at freshening up the cabin with paint were spoilt by paint overrun and splashes on the dark wood surrounds. The shower tray was peeling paint and the basin leaked. Everywhere was evidence of an old boat that had not been correctly maintained resulting in a shabby condition, worn carpets and a tired look.
Photos I saw of fellow guest cabins showed black mould in the shower tray and a permanently leaking toilet cistern.
The communal toilets next to the restaurant were disgraceful with peeling paint, no paper towel or soap and wet floors.
Overall I would hesitate to rate the boat a 1 star and would definitely not recommend it to anyone regardless of price.

This is the first ever bad review I have ever written but this boat deserves it.

Entertainment was fun and a great mix of dancers and music in the Nile. The food was good. You cruise for 2 hours, all during non stop entertainers including a belly dancer. It is an older style boat and could do with some upgrades. Would I do it again, no. Was it a fun night, yes.

The room was very dirty, and the bed sheets had body hair and dirts on them. The bathroom was not clean, and there were no tissues or water bottles in the room.
When we requested a change of sheets, they replaced them with damp sheets that had a bad smell.
The food was not suitable for eating and was extremely poor in quality.
However, the entertainment program was absolutely wonderful and outstanding — one of the best entertainment programs.

The receptionist Hassan was very helpful and cooperative.
