A very unprofessional experience. I was told WhatsApp orders are prioritized and paid over a 50% deposit plus an extra 1% for Vodafone Cash, which didn’t make sense. When I arrived, they said my order was almost ready, but then changed their story and hadn’t even started printing. I waited nearly 50 minutes for something that only took 10 minutes to print. Disorganized and rude service—not recommended.
