We stayed at the hotel for three nights. It was very clean and really beautiful, especially breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a view of the pyramids. The best part was the staff—everyone was really friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to fulfill our every request.

The View is Real, the Welcome Isn’t!

The location is undeniably impressive — you can see the pyramids from the terrace, and the rooms are clean. That’s genuinely where the positives end.
From the moment we arrived, the host was interrogating us about our plans. Where are you going? When are you coming back? Where have you been? I’m a grown adult on a holiday I planned and paid for myself — I don’t need to report my itinerary to my hotel host. It felt less like hospitality and more like surveillance.
The main door is permanently locked and can only be opened by the host, which means every time you leave or return, you go through the same questions. It’s suffocating. A hotel should feel like a base you can move freely from, not a checkpoint.
Then came the pricing games. We were quoted $35 per person for a tour to Saqqara with food included. Fine. But then — seemingly after sizing us up as tourists willing to pay more — the price suddenly became $190. No explanation, no apology, just a new number. When we pushed back, it was awkward and uncomfortable.
The sad reality is that by this point in the trip, the pattern was familiar: the warmth isn’t genuine, it’s transactional. You don’t feel like a guest, you feel like a revenue opportunity. Your money is welcome; you are tolerated.
If you’re visiting the pyramids, the location works. But go in with your eyes open and don’t book any tours through the host.

Excellent! The rooftop view is incredible, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with everything in very good condition. The breakfast is delicious and offers a great variety. But the best part was definitely the staff—they were incredibly friendly and helped us. Highly recommended!

We found this hotel by chance after having to move from another place because we were not satisfied with the conditions. From the very first moment, we really liked it.

The hotel feels very safe — there are cameras and a guarded entrance, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. Our room had a great lighting setup with multiple options, including soft ambient lighting that was perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The mattress was excellent — I slept so well after long days of walking and exploring.
Breakfast is included and offers a nice variety: omelette, two types of cheese, yogurt, jam, bread, halva, fresh vegetables, and even mandarins.

Also, all the hotel staff speak English very well, which made communication easy and comfortable.

A special thanks to Mahmoud, who prepared a traditional Egyptian dinner for us. The grilled meat was absolutely delicious, and the soup was incredibly tasty.

I sincerely recommend this hotel. Everything is new, clean, and the service is excellent 🧡☺️
