Pyramids Palace Hotel

I booked three nights with this hotel when I travelled to Egypt in December, 2024. When I arrived they took us to a different location telling me that the actual location does not have an elevator. They took us to a dark alley and a building where there was no formal receptionist. My kids were afraid when we reached to this new location. Even our driver said I will wait to make sure everything is ok. Anyway the rooms were not ready and finally they gave us 2 rooms for my family. The rooms quality were poor and the bathrooms smelled. Even they left a mop in the bathroom. Whole night they were outside noise of people walking in the hallway and elevator made extreme noise. We somehow managed to complete our sleep and left the hotel the following morning. We ended up renting other hotels to spend the other 2 nights in Egypt. This was a horrible experience for my whole family.
