Our stay here was lovely. We stayed in a newly renovated room in a quiet area of the hotel. Perfect location as it’s near everything but still a little bit out of the way to be quieter! The staff was all very attentive and kind. The hotel breakfast was the best we had at any place we stayed in Egypt, including the Pyramisa in Aswan. Definitely happy we stayed here and enjoyed it very much!

My stay at Pyramisa Suites Hotel Cairo has been truly wonderful. I have been here for two days and the experience has exceeded all expectations.
From the very first moment, we were welcomed with extraordinary warmth by Mona and Radwa. Their smiles immediately made us feel at home. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Not only did they greet us with kindness, but they also helped us in the best possible way, giving us excellent advice on how to move around the city. Their professionalism, positivity, and constant smiles made a real difference and added a very special touch to our experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel.
The rest of the staff is equally fantastic. Every member of the team is extremely helpful, always available, and ready to assist with anything you might need.
The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and feels modern and well maintained. The rooms and common areas are spotless, which makes the stay even more comfortable and relaxing.
Another highlight is the breakfast: it is abundant, varied, and offers something for every taste and need. Whether you prefer something sweet or savory, there is a wide selection and everything is fresh and well prepared.
Overall, this hotel offers not only comfort and quality but also an exceptional level of hospitality. A special thank you again to Mona and Radwa for their kindness and wonderful smiles — they made our stay even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

Absolutely terrible experience. We were extremely dissatisfied with our 4-night stay at this hotel, which is now here near a 5-star standard and doesn’t even deserve 3 stars.
The rooms are not soundproof at all. We could hear every word from the hallway and even conversations in the neighboring room through the connecting door. The cleanliness was also disappointing. The rooms especially the toilet and bathroom are outdated and in need of serious renovation.
Shockingly, the staff themselves were the noisiest, even after midnight, showing zero respect for guests trying to rest. When I raised these issues with them, they were dismissive, without even offering an apology. On top of that, the constant smell of cigarette smoke in our room was unbearable, and it is unacceptable that smoking is apparently allowed in indoor hallways and near the restaurant.
After speaking to the manager, our room was changed to an upper floor, where the staff and elevator noise were slightly less, but the other major issues remained: noise from neighboring rooms, a humid bathroom, cigarette smell, old facilities, and the connecting door that lets in every sound.
Overall, the service and quality are very poor. This hotel barely offers a 3-star experience, and there are far better options available at a lower price. We will definitely not be returning.
