A delay in delivery for more than two and a half hours , the food is very cold , a provocative response from customer service and funny excuses that the customer is not to blame for, the last time I made an order from the restaurant

One of the best fried chicken I ever had in Cairo, for me personally I think it’s a hidden gem. The food is awesome every time I try it but to be honest the fries should be better, it’s the only flaw in the food from my point of view,
The orders take long time and I think it should be less plus there are no dine in space enough in the restaurant nor a waiting area.
