they used to be my go to place but they’ve insanely deteriorated over the past year. horrible styling (for my erayet fat7a mind you) not even remotely similar to the inspo pic i showed them, somebody gave me uneven bangs lol, and on top of that vvv overpriced. if you were a loyal customer zaman don’t even bother going back all the good people left anyways

I’ve been going to Rani Masri almost every week for the past month to get a blowout and my nails done. The service is not only amazing, but the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. Today, I did a color service with Hisham (@hishamhallak.hairstylist). He was very attentive and provided an amazing service. I absolutely love how my hair turned out and am so excited I decided to go with him. I was treated so amazing by ALL the staff who were present; it made the whole experience unforgettable. Thank you everyone!

If I could give this zero stars I would. This is the WORST haircut I’ve ever gotten. I asked for short layers and face framing wispy bangs. First of all, they didn’t even give me layers, they just CHOPPER MY HAIR WITHOUT ASKING ME. Secondly they cut my bangs UNEVENLY. I don’t understand how they call themselves a hair salon. All the other five star reviews are either lies or the customers have low standards. I’m leaving this review because I don’t want anyone else to suffer like I did. If you want a proper hair salon, go to Zoya in tagemoa 5, thank me later

Very bad experience at this salon. The place was not clean, and the girl at the reception had a terrible attitude. She was rude and made me leave the salon upset — even threw my money instead of handing it properly. They also don’t seem to care or respect hijab girls,They offered to send a man to do my hair, even though I wear a hijab. This is completely inappropriate and shows no respect or understanding for hijabi women. Their appointment timing is never accurate. Definitely not coming back or recommending it to anyone 👎🏻

The BEST hair experience i could possibly have. I just got my hair dyed and cut for the first time by Mr. Hisham and it’s way better than what i asked for. He treats his clients beautifully and does a wonderful job. The staff are also extremely friendly and talented and the salon itself is really clean and amazing! 100% recommended 🫶🏻🩷
