I had a terrible experience at Rania Youssef Beauty Salon. I did fiber gel nails that were supposed to last 21 days, but they started falling off after just 2 days — and by day 3, all of them were gone. I asked for a refund and was refused. Instead, they told me to come redo them. So unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend this salon at all.

I asked for my brows to hold the shape as they are and very lightly be cleaned up.
I ended up with one very beautiful and thick perfect brow, and my other brow the thinnest you can imagine.
Keep in mind this is even after I’d told her I have an event the next day.
Such a disappointing experience. Safe to say I will not be going back there again.
My first time threading my brows was great with Shaimaa, she’s now left the place, and no one’s been able to shape them well since. So disappointed and angry.

This is the worst beauty center ever ,how come Google put it as a beauty center ,they r not professional at all ,even the owner talk in a very bad and strange way ,I asked for a color and did another one even doing my hair with iron is very bad not in professional if I did with myself at home it will be good than doing it in this salon
