To be honest in re max I saw really helpful team who did there best to find me the best apartment that suits my budget then they make the best deal with the owner and then they helped to facilitate all the bank process till they came to us to the real estate registration agency and ended by coming with me to the apartment and congrats me in a very lovely and friendly way .

Unfortunately I found both the staff and management at the Alexandria branch to be unprofessional, unreliable, and dishonest. They constantly lie to both parties involved in the sale for their own interests. I specifically dealt with Menna El Sayed and her manager. After securing a deal and going to the bank to deposit my money she stopped answering the phone. I lost a lot of money due to their dishonesty. I wouldn’t recommend their services and will be escalating the complaint to their Cairo headquarters.

The worst real estate company in Alexandria and probably in Egypt. Doaa Shawkat and Yusra are not professional and liars. They are just after your money and most likely they will burn your house in the market. Avoid them at all cost.
