This company is a scam, and I don’t advise anyone to deal with them.

They’re greedy, and even if you’re committed to them and something happens in the country, and despite you paying your money on time, they won’t complete the contract and will tell you to take your money back. I contracted with them for the Beit Watan – North House project, B110, in 2021.
Two years later, a year before the delivery date, when steel and cement prices increased, and they started another project and lost the money I had collected as down payments, and they didn’t work on the North House project, they said they couldn’t complete it, even though most companies completed their projects and kept their promises. They told me to take my money back, that’s all they have, so they could sell the apartment for double its price. I don’t advise anyone to deal with them or buy from them because you’ll lose your money, and they’ll return the same value or add 11% after the value has decreased by half, as happened to me.
I had to write this so that no one else falls victim to the same scam.

(I will not forgive them) The money I lost with them, God willing, He will surely bring me justice, and let them rejoice when they sell the apartment for double its price.
