Only positive is the view from almost every room.
Poor breakfast.
Most of the furniture in our room was falling apart & very dusty.
We did not have running hot water until late. Had to complain several times.

Wonderful experience in a foreign country. Very friendly staff. Awesome service. Mouth watering complimentary breakfast. All in all a very wonderful place to stay. Added benefit is it is very close to the pyramid site.

Terrible Experience – Agoda Booking Called “Fake” by Hotel
We had a confirmed and prepaid booking on Agoda with a receipt. When we arrived at 2:00 AM, the hotel shockingly told us that the hotel’s agoda account was fake and refused to honor the booking.
At that hour, we had no choice and were forced to pay again for all 5 nights.
The breakfast was horrible, smelled bad, and seemed expired. we ate only once and avoided it after.
The hotel also has a wedding hall and café, with loud music all night, making sleep impossible.
On top of that, smoke smell was everywhere in the hotel.
This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Strongly not recommended.

Very bad arriving at 3 in the morning the room was not at its best condition and there was loud music from the disco below . We changed room for the night but from the other side there was construction and loud traffic from 6 in the morning. Breakfast was richly with a nice view to the pyramids but everything was very dirty and unpleasant. The hotel shells the view and that is the only good thing about it

It’s a reasonably spacious hotel with good rooms. Nice view of Pyramids from dining hall and swimming pool. Good location for tourists to stay. They have variety of shops@lounges and not overpriced in comparison to market. Pencil lifts gives a good view of inside of the hotel. Breakfast layouts were satisfactory. Only drawback is that they could not provide us complementary WIFI !!
Overall comfortable stay except WiFi issue.
