The worst treatment anyone could ever experience. They don’t let anyone in with the bride, and you don’t see the makeup until it’s completely finished, right at the last minute. If you don’t like it, they call someone else to convince you, and they might even make fun of you, saying things like, “You’re the most difficult bride we’ve ever seen!” and then laugh. The entire staff is the same, treating you the same way, practically conspiring against you. The veil wrapping was awful. You tell them you want a specific style, and they say, “No, I don’t know how to do it. Choose from what I have.” In the end, it looks terrible, and they tell you, “This is what I have.” It was truly the worst experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. May God take revenge on them.

The policy of this place is completely inhumane.
