I had a hydra facial treatment with Ghada today at Ricci Clinic. The place is super professional and very clean, and I loved the overall vibe. Everyone from the receptionist to the aesthetician were friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Ricci Clinic (Concord Plaza) . The place is very clean, well-organized, and the staff are extremely polite and professional.
I would especially like to thank Dr. Amani, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and highly professional. I really enjoyed my facial cleansing session—it was a great experience from start to finish.
Dr. Amani also gave me many valuable skincare tips without any extra charge, which I truly appreciated. Her care and attention to detail made me feel very comfortable.
It definitely won’t be my last visit. I highly recommend Ricci Clinic to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant experience

Dr. Heba was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. The results look natural, my skin feels smoother and more radiant.
