A special thank you to the reception team for making the check-in process so smooth and welcoming — it really made a great first impression. I would also like to express my appreciation to the restaurant team, especially Chef Hossam and Chef Hannan, for the amazing breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were excellent and made every morning a pleasure.
Overall, my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed place to stay.

The hotel is truly beautiful, the location is even more so, and the room cleanliness is excellent. Overall, I would definitely choose it for my next visit to Cairo and highly recommend it. The staff are generally cooperative, polite, and dedicated to providing good service, especially Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Mina. Best regards to all.

In any hotel, I notice kind and generous service. This means flexibility and ease of interaction, and no exploitation. Secondly, cleanliness is important, and thirdly, genuine friendliness, not forced warmth. The manager’s attention to guests is also crucial. Finally, the hotel is pleasant and very suitable in terms of both price and service. I recommend it. Consider the offers available through Booking.com and Agoda. I advise guests to be polite with reception, as the management and the entire team are very keen on improvement, quality, and customer satisfaction. If there are offers on these apps, you can politely discuss them with reception to get a better price, even though the original price is already reasonable for the location and service.

This place doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel; it’s just a 15th-floor apartment in a building. The elevator is incredibly slow, the place is unclean, and sometimes you have to take another elevator to the 16th floor and then descend the stairs to reach the apartment. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience, and the staff were purely profit-driven. If they found your towel dirty, they charged you for laundry. And finally, and most importantly… when I requested an extension, they asked me to give them a 10 rating on Booking.com in exchange for a discount on the room price and asked me to mention their name in the review.
Upon checking out, they conduct an inappropriate search of the room. I hope this is clear to everyone. God is my witness.
