The food was really good, and I had a lovely two days there.

The hotel was very beautiful, and the view of the pyramids was truly impressive. The breakfast was also very good with a nice selection. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and welcoming, and they gave us many helpful tips during our stay.
Fady, our driver, picked us up from the airport and was very friendly. Albert was also always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked and paid for a Panoramic Suite through Expedia. The listing photos showed a large queen bed, a separate living room with sofa bed, and a corner bathtub which is exactly why we chose this hotel for our honeymoon.
When we checked in, we were told the panoramic room was “under repair” and were put into a standard economy room instead. We were told to come back the next day and it would be fixed. The next day, we were told it was still not available and nothing could be done. The only compensation offered was a free dinner.
The room we were given was very small with two twin beds, which was not what was advertised or booked especially awkward for a honeymoon. Our luggage took up most of the room. The photos on Expedia for the Panoramic Suite do not match what we received.
When Expedia contacted the hotel about this, the hotel told Expedia that the “correct room was provided,” even though it clearly was not and we had provided photos showing the difference. Because of that, Expedia refused to issue a refund.
The food at the hotel restaurant was good, which was the one bright spot. However, the area outside the hotel is very noisy and dirty, with constant honking through the night.
If you book a premium room here, be aware that you may not actually receive it. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch on room category.

Albert, thank you for responding. For the record, several details in your reply do not match what actually occurred during our stay.
We were placed in a standard/economy room with twin beds upon check-in, despite booking the Panoramic Room shown on Expedia.
We were told on the first night that the booked room would be available “tomorrow,” but the next day we were then told it was still not available.
We were NEVER moved into the booked Panoramic Room at any point during the stay. We stayed in the same smaller twin-bed room for the entire reservation.
The only compensation offered was one complimentary dinner on the second day after we asked again about our room. There were no daily drinks, and breakfast was already included with the booking.
No offer was made to refund or formally compensate the room-category difference for the full stay.
We chose this hotel specifically because the Expedia listing for the Panoramic Room showed a larger room with a sitting area and indoor tub, and we did not receive that room. I have photos of the room provided and screenshots of the advertised room category.
I’m posting this so future guests understand what happened and so the record is accurate. Change from 2* to 1* for the blatant lies.

Beautiful, clean room with hot tub. Fantastic breakfast on the rooftop with direct views on the pyramids (if you have a wish just let the chef now he’ll cook it for you!) Took me 5hrs searching for this hotel reading reviews on booking and more than glad I found this one (be careful with the reviews on booking, check google reviews). We had a superb time here with the owner Albert and the driver Ahmed who made us feel at home, helped us out with everything and made us have the best time in the hotel and also on the tours. Hospitality 10/10 thank you guys, see you again

The best place to stay near pyramids
😊 Everything was perfect! Such a pleasant apartment. With an amazing view over pyramids, that you can see directly from bed. The bathtub makes a real speciality of the flat. Very comfortable bed; very clean. It’s really a paradise. And the owner of the flat, I think you never can find such a kind and helpful person. The hospitality of him is very memorable. I enjoyed my stay a lot and if I ever come back I would choose this place again.
