The treatment was very bad, they broke all their agreements, and the children reached a point where they were only going to the camp against their will and they didn’t like the camp or the place.
My daughter had so much fun in the summer camp. Everything is very well organized , staff are very friendly , activities are entertaining and kids were excited for everyday’s activities.
Will definitely join again next summer.
From the very beginning, my children did not like the place. Unfortunately, they experienced several situations that I consider clear signs of negligence.
First incident:
My four-year-old son attended the swimming session. I packed a clean, dry change of clothes for him to wear afterward. When I came to pick him up, I found him wearing only his slippers instead of his shoes. Later, when we got home, I realized he was still wearing the same wet underwear he had worn for swimming. He told me that the nanny had said, “It will dry.” I found this completely unacceptable.
Second incident:
My six-year-old daughter had a minor accident that resulted in a cut on her ankle. When she informed the supervisor, she was simply told, “Go to the bathroom and wash it.” I find it unreasonable to expect a six-year-old child to handle an injury on her own instead of receiving proper care from an adult. Is it possible that your facility doesn’t even have a basic first aid kit?
Third and final incident:
My daughter became hungry and told one of the staff members. The response she received was, “Mom will be here soon to pick you up.” Instead of leaving her hungry, they could have called me and asked whether they had my permission to buy her a snack until I arrived. They never contacted me, even though there were plenty of cafés nearby.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this place, and I will definitely not be returning.
