Mohamed the restaurant supervisor at night is the rudest person. Truly made me and other guests feel very unwelcome at the hotel. He should not be a leader at any establishment whatsoever. Needs a course in customer service and guest interaction. Will be shortening my stay because of horrible interactions with him and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Furthermore, elevators are super slow and lags 9 times out of 10. Annoying marketing video in the elevator so loud and gives you a headache. WiFi doesn’t work properly. Rooms have no balcony’s. Mold around the window and in the rooms. Hot and humid halls throughout the entire property. Way better hotels in the area for same if not less price. Go elsewhere

Rooms can be small but clean, and well-maintained. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Gorgeous sea views from some rooms.
No pool.

Big and nice rooms but need some renovation, for example the room i stayed you had to lift up the window in order to open and then close as it was hitting the frame. Also internet was a disaster wifi was very poor in the room. Breakfast is amazing very big variety of food and all great. Reception personnel and cleaning very nice and friendly. Location is great as it sits in the seaside road and has amazing sea view.
