Very spacious rooms, ideal location for seeing the pyramids. Staff are very accommodating and help you with any queries you have. Breakfast was good and the best thing was the view from our room— getting to see the pyramids!

The room was really beautiful but we had so much mishaps in 2 days that I definately would not recommend to anyone.
Firstly when we arrived, we had booked a room with an extra day so when we arrive we enter the room instantly.. our room booking was cancelled as soon as we arrived by the hotel and given to someone else even though we were in contact with the hotel reception and he knew we were coming late. After waiting for an hour or more we were given this really nice new room.. we had no hot water in the room the first day, water did not drain in the shower, at night there were rats running over the gypsum false ceiling, no sound proofing, the guard or whoever he was in the reception shouting and laughing on the phone all night, you can also hear loud noises from the street.. also the AC was nit working, probably all the wires eaten by rats and the light bulbs hanging down from the ceiling. The breakfast room needs ventilation as the stench of burnt oil is unbearable.
Having said that the reception girl was really nice and sweet.
It’s a shame as with little care it could have been a really nice stay.
Hope this message arrives where it’s supposed to and that the required changes are done..

Super staff, they we’re very helpfull and pleased all our needs. The room was big and clean, with good vieuw on the Pyramides. The location is abit crowded and noisy but you get used to this.

Very good location and its close to pyramids. Ahmed is very nice person and is always been very helpful. It looks better than pictures. Lightening inside the room was amazing. Very much comfortable mattress like 5 star hotel. Good working condition of AC, makes whole room at very optimum or whatever you like. Room has safe box as well. other places to visit in cairo can be arranged at very reasonable costs.
The hotel is at the third floor of building with lifts available. Lifts need to opened with remote control which will be provided to you by hotel owner. Breakfast was good and acceptable.
