The place is very nice and the staff is friendly but they’re not very experienced and I ended up with a severe skin damage in some areas as I was rushed through all the steps before the Moroccan bath and my skin didn’t soften up enough before the peeling, the loofah wasn’t soaked to be gentler it felt like sandpaper and the woman was extra rough it hurt my skin I was scratched up really bad and each mask was left on for a couple of minutes not enough for my skin to even realize there was a mask on as I know a mud mask needs to dry first and then be rubbed off but it didn’t, it was washed off while it was still wet
The massage was extra rough it was painful even after I told the girl to be more gentle, she had long nails and scratched me a couple of times and didn’t massage my arms for some reason as I asked and she just said no
The complementary facial treatment was just a sheet mask that was also removed in less than 5 mins
Overall experience very bad
I had much better experiences in other places for far less than 2k
Won’t be going back there
Went there because of the good reviews but unfortunately my experience wasn’t good at all
Didn’t wanna write a bad review as the people were very respectful but my skin hurts really bad I had to warn other people before they face a similar experience to mine
