I stayed for two days. On the first day, we were asked to wait for 2 hours to change to a bigger room, but it didn’t happen. On the second day, we were told that it would be changed at 8 pm, but it didn’t happen. When I checked out, the front desk staff told me that the Pepsi in the minibar was changed from a large can to a small can, but we didn’t drink Pepsi. The front desk staff didn’t listen to our explanation and had to pay 25 Egyptian pounds. I hope other guests can know this. It made my experience bad and I was deceived all the time.

Location is super, Staff are incredible and so friendly.
Delicious and well presented FREE set menu Breakfast.
Rooms show The best cleanliness standards. Towels, Nice smelled Blanket and extra pillow were wraped in plastic bags 💕
However, Beds mattresses need to be changed ( thin and uncomfortable). Everything else was outstanding compared to its reasonable price.

I would recommend this hotel big time. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and near rooms with the amenities you just need, good value for money and the breakfast is just right .
I would add to that review I have put 9 months ago that service is still exceptional. I am staying here for the second time for a full month. Professional and friendly staff as always. Many thanks to Mr. Sameh, front desk manager for taking care of every detail. Thanks to Nesma at the front desk for the professional and polite service. Thanks to Hana from the restaurant for delivering my daily requests for the breakfast in the best way. House keeping is 5 star👌. I would really love to see” Royal Day Hotel” brand in many other places in Egypt and worldwide. All the best and many thanks to the management.

I enjoyed my stay .
The staff was friendly, polite, professional and very helpful specially Mr Fathy at the reception, he was very cooperative and decent.
The room was spacious and clean.
Good service for the price.
I highly recommend this hotel.

One of a kind.
Staff there are helpful except the two ladies working at morning shift they accused me of eating something from the minibar and even thought they were proved wrong they didnt apologize.
Prices are reasonable.
Decoration and cleanliness is excellent.
The space is well used for a small hotel.
Didn’t try the breakfast so cant tell but from the service I got I reckon it’s good.
9/10 would give 10/10 if the ladies had apologized.
