Poor experience with customer services. They don’t let you transfer ownership which is not in the contract and this is illegal. Stay away!

I’m an Egyptian American, and this is my first experience with real estate in Egypt . So far, it has been a very poor experience. They deal with you as if you have a teleportation device between US and Egypt. I wanted to buy a unit from a friend with them, and they won’t allow us to transfer ownership during my limited vacation time in Egypt. They “can only do it after the new year.” I see this as a huge red flag, to be honest.
Customer service means nothing to them, and you can’t even argue with customer service. They treat you as if you got this unit from them for free.
I recommend that people do their due diligence before they consider investing in real estate in Egypt.

Update:
Truly, there is no point talking to customer service. They provide no solutions, and you gain nothing talking to them and just waste your time. Stay away!
