There is a puppy outside in the heat in a glass cage, absolutely unacceptable, animal abuse on its front step, I went home and cried after seeing this as I could not afford it, it was the most loving excited puppy despite its conditions.
Please bring this puppy in from the heat and give it something comfortable to lay on, stop cramming birds into tiny cages, I do not know how this is legal.
